If you are a former student, graduate, former/current staff, or friend of Granby High School, this is for YOU!

We’ve worked hard over the past few months to re-establish the OFFICIAL Granby High School Alumni Association Inc. And by official I mean …

• we are registered with Virginia SCC as a non-stock (non-profit) organization

• we have a federal EIN

• we have full support and partnership with Granby High School and Principal Tommy Smigiel, and

•  we are pursuing tax-exempt status

We are continuing the legacy of the GHS Alumni Association that was started in 1989.

We have an amazing Board of Directors and a small foundational team that has been researching and developing ideas so that we can support current & future students, be active in our community, create connections across generations of Comets, and build a legacy that will foster positive change for generations to come! To do that … we need YOUR support!

How Can You Support?

Join as an official member by paying your annual dues. In celebration of Granby’s 85th birthday, annual dues are $85. Dues will go directly towards:

• paying the fees associated with tax-exemption status

• building a secure membership database, website, and online community

• establishing a scholarship

• developing a mentorship program

• planning community events to give back

• planning member-exclusive class events like reunions and special events

• creating member-exclusive social events

• creating programs to help alumni in need, and SO MUCH MORE!
